What's so special about it?
The ingredients are fresh, seasonal and free of residues. The basis of this sauce are tomatoes grown at Naranjas del Carmen in accordance with our strict cultivation philosophy, which completely avoids the use of pesticides. The tomato has been cleaned and peeled by hand, as has the basil, whose leaves have been removed right away.

The sauce has been blanched in a double bottomed cauldron, this is very important in the processing of natural preserves as it provides a characteristic taste and texture. The tomatoes have grown on outdoor bushes, outside greenhouses, in an area free of herbicides.

We return to citrus fruits with the mandarins in November. If you'd like to stay informed about their progress, leave us your email so we can make contact once they are ready!
